When you join, you’ll complete a one-time onboarding profile that captures the essentials of your organization, your mission, programs, audiences, and communication priorities.
This profile becomes the foundation for all content developed through the Mission Content System.
2. Submit Your Content Requests
Each month your membership includes 5 content credits.
You can use those credits to request the development of mission-focused content assets that support your programs, fundraising, and outreach.
Requests are submitted through a simple form that captures only the essential details needed to begin development.
3. We Develop Your Content Assets
Behind the scenes, our system uses AI to organize ideas and structure initial drafts efficiently.
Every piece is then reviewed, refined, and curated by nonprofit content specialists to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with your mission.
The result is professional content developed for your organization without needing to manage or learn AI tools yourself.
4. Receive Your Finished Materials
Most content assets are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the size of the request.
You’ll receive clear, polished materials that are ready for posting, distribution, donor communication, or educational outreach.
Larger resources such as guides or toolkits may require additional credits and longer turnaround times.

• Medium projects: 7–10 business days
• Larger resources: 10–14 business days
Each project includes one revision round for adjustments or refinements.
The Mission Content System develops content assets, but it does not replace strategic planning or marketing leadership.
Strategic guidance and campaign development are available through separate advisory or concierge services.
Some projects require multiple credits due to scope and development time.
Text-based content assets (posts, emails, blog sections) use the standard credit assignments.
AI-generated graphics can be added to any project for 1 credit per image. Clients may also provide their own images at no additional credit cost.
Larger projects, such as eGuides, toolkits, or multi-page resources, typically require more credits (e.g., 10 credits for standard multi-page assets).
Credit usage will always be confirmed before work begins, so you know exactly how many credits each request will consume.
Yes! Each content asset is text-based by default. You can provide your own images or purchase our Graphics Bundle: 3 AI-generated, copyright-safe visuals for $47 ($19 each à la carte). Delivered as high-resolution PNGs. Not editable or custom-branded.
